Provisionally licensed Mental health Counselor (tLMHC). Sorting through our feelings and emotions can be complicated and confusing. At times it can feel impossible to make sense of on our own. I believe in providing a safe and approachable healing space where you are truly heard and understood. If you are in need of a supportive and gentle listener who includes the body and the mind in the healing process, I may be a good fit.

 

Utilizing a person centered, queer feminist lens, I weave EMDR with somatic body experiencing, storytelling, parts work, imaginative play, guided imagery as well as expressive and mindfulness practices to promote internal growth within my clients.
